CFO/PartnerOur team is further fortified by the remarkable Kurtis Wolff, a partner and former member of the distinguished accountancy, assurance, and tax group, CohnReznick. Kurtis, a passionate sailor and overall business and water enthusiast, has a unique perspective on creating synergies between strategic planning and leisurely pursuits. Having previously collaborated with Roy as an advisor at a startup, Kurtis's involvement in shaping the blueprint for BCM Solutions is invaluable.
Ray Ostroski
General CounselMr. Ostroski is currently BCM’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and has almost 40 years of experience as a C-Suite executive and General Counsel of numerous public and private companies. These include the likes of Shenandoah Telecommunications, One Communications, RCN Corporation, Commonwealth Telephone Enterprises and CTEC Corporation. He received a Bachelor of Sciences degree from Wilkes University and a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University Law School. He has extensive experience in corporate and business law, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, contract drafting & negotiation, regulatory & compliance matters as well as in numerous other legal areas.
